McDonald's in Bamberg

There are several reasons for the one-star rating. Firstly, it has often happened that fries or even whole burgers have simply been forgotten. Second, if you check the order for completeness directly at the drive-in, and all packaging is there, it has also happened that instead of a McRib there was a McChicken in the McRib packaging. It just doesn't work. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and the verification that the order is CORRECT & COMPLETE. For me, that's it with McDonald's. Won't spend a cent more if that doesn't improve fundamentally.

Standing in front of a locked door and drive in there is no mess, not even an info slip

Unfortunately, very little space for people waiting for their 2Go meal. The corridors could have been opened so that people line up with a corresponding distance.

Ordered vanilla milkshake, got chocolate, after I wanted to complain, I got chocolate again. The nuggets were also old and tasted rancid. Been very bad several times. Definitely the worst McDonald’s in Bamberg, better look for another one!

For health reasons I wear the mask under my nose. At McDo on Nürnberger Strasse in Bamberg, I was bullied very unfriendly and expelled from the house. Instead of taking my order (2 m from the counter, no other customer far and wide) I was strictly advised to put the mask on correctly. I have pointed out my restriction and that, according to the State Ministry for Health and Care in Bavaria, there are exceptions. I was argued with the domiciliary rights. When I kindly pointed out that this is subject to the anti-discrimination law, this was denied and I was expelled from the house in a very unfriendly manner. So in the future, anyone who does not suit the employees due to skin color or religion will have to expect to be expelled from the house. More than sad!

Can't understand reviews about incorrectly received orders. I've been using the drive in now and then for at least 5 years and always got what I ordered. Points are deducted simply because McDonald's has become absurdly expensive. The manufacturing cost of a McD Burger can be measured in cents, so someone just doesn't get the ravage. To a review below me: if you are vegan and go to McDonald's, you deserve to be laughed at.

As always nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the disinfectant is not refilled or checked.

Unfriendly staff. Totally dirty inside. 5 employees are standing around and the tray trolley overflows. Tables are certainly not disinfected. Unless they spray disinfection over the lettuce and mayor leftovers of the predecessors.

Today it was the slowest drive-in counter I have ever seen at a McDonald’s ... And the food was almost cold ... But no wonder, given the long wait

Typical McDonald, but this one has nice and clean interior, table service and a good personell. Location is near busy road, nearby is fuel-station and has also good parking lot. Recommended.

The food is known to everyone and were brought warm to the table. The ambience is simple, yet it radiates a certain joy. The table service was fast. I can not say much about the staff, as self-service checkout and table service was used. Who likes McDonald's does not do much wrong here.

After the conversion, there is no more drinks station, ie NUMBERS and again NUMBERS €€€ And the KIDS room with basketballs and krabbelparcour was REMOVED! Definitely not worthwhile ... Go to Burgerking 500 m further North.

Bad service: they charge you more money than announced on the menue. They even admit it's their mistake, but insist that the customer pays the higher price.
